Session Preparation- For All Visits

It is important to prepare the body before experiencing a Colon Hydrotherapy Session:


*Eliminate Mexican, Indian, Thai cuisine, broccoli, lettuce, rice, cauliflower, cabbage, beans, or any food that can create gas for you, two days prior to your session. Gas will cause discomfort during the session. No chewing gum the day before and prior to session.

*It is important that the body be well hydrated for the session. All liquids, juice, and shakes are allowed, however, we recommend water. Anything with caffeine is not recommended, since it dehydrates the body. Drink half of your body weight in ounces of water (e.g., weigh 200 lbs., drink 100 ounces of water) on a daily basis, mostly in the morning. The first thing to touch your lips in the morning is water.

*IF TAKING PAIN MEDICATION, ANTI-DEPRESSANT, ANTI-ANXIETY, OR ANTI-INFLAMMATORY MEDS, please make appointments in the early morning prior to taking medication. Take your medication while on the table, or right after the session.

*For morning appointment, skip breakfast. If you feel hungry drink liquids, juice, or a shake.
*If your appointment is in the afternoon, drink liquids, juice, or a shake for the morning and lunch.
*For an evening appointment, eat a light breakfast and liquids, juices, or a shake for lunch and dinner.

If really motivated, drink liquids, juices, or shakes the day before, and the day of your session, along with water.
